If you are looking for an incredible, trustworthy cleaner, look no further than Shameelah. I have FND, and find sudden changes very difficult due to my autism, so losing my old cleaner was a massive stress. Shameelah stepped in and did an absolute miracle job. She was here for 11 hours, deep cleaning and reorganising everything from the cupboards to the air fryer. She completely transformed my daughter’s bedroom, and sorted out all of my laundry from start to finish. My house looks genuinely magazine-worthy! I honestly think she completely undercharged for the amount of effort she put in! Calling her a “cleaner” doesn’t do her justice, she is a literal magic fairy! Can’t recommend her enough!

I used Helping Hands support services when I had my spinal surgery. The support was absolutely brilliant, Shameelah is very caring, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. She picked me up from the hospital, she made food and cleaned my house, did anything I needed including shopping whilst I was recovering. Now she is my go to person if I need help. Couldn’t recommend her more. 10/10.

We recently reached out to Helping Hands Support Services to find a new cleaner for my husband’s nan, as it was really important to us to find someone we could truly trust. As soon as Shameelah shared her post, we instantly felt confident in her and her business. She took the time to meet with my husband’s nan and made her feel completely comfortable and happy with everything they discussed. It was such a relief to see how at ease she felt afterwards. We’re so grateful for the care, professionalism, and kindness shown it really means a lot. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service, my late mother was deaf/blind, I lived with her mid wk, when my sister passed last June. Weekends was spilt between all of us, but this beautiful lady stepped in as a friend and was absolutely brilliant 😍 couldn’t ask for anyone better xx

This amazing woman was a god send when I went abroad for a week, she looked after my 4 cats and my home ,I came back to a spotless house and my washing basket was empty it really did make a massive difference knowing my cats were being looked after and had nothing but holiday clothes washing to do when I walked through the door absolutely outstanding , then to top it off I had fresh milk in the fridge so I could have a proper brew when I got home I couldn’t of asked for anymore she went above and beyond for me her services are done with care and I’m so grateful for her do not hesitate if you need help with anything she truly is brilliant, reliable and most of all trustworthy thankyou so much for everything xxxx

Sham takes good care of me, personal care, shopping, pub trips and cafe outings, she made me all my meals and baked me cakes, puddings and cookies, their amazing and my favourite are flapjacks, she put me to bed, gets me up in a morning, takes me to visit friends, she really is one of a kind, I January i lost my wife unexpectedly and i honestly couldn’t of managed the loss without her, she really does have a heart of gold and she would be a pleasure to have for anyone considering her, she a woman of many talents and you will be very pleased with the results. She’s a treasure

End of tenancy clean

Hired this company to complete an end of tenancy clean, THOROUGH is an understatement, she did all nooks and crannies, inbetween raidiators, disposed off all waste to the tip and kept me updated regular on timings and completed task in a reasonable time frame, i have now scheduled her in for my next property and will be using her indefinately! Thanks you are magic! I will want you soob for my personal home too

I appreciate this company so much! They take care of all my odd jobs and do regular cleans every 2 weeks and do a deep clean of my carpets and organise every 3 months, I always get great communication prior, during and after, receipt on payment and their on time every time!! Genuinely cant fault them, wouldnt go anywhere else and always goes above and beyond!! Very lucky to have found them and not a cowboy, thank you so much definitely value for your money 💰 highly recommend 🥰

I honestly cannot recommend Helping Hands Support Services enough. This is not your standard cleaner the level of detail, care, and effort is on another level. My home has never looked or felt like this before. Every space was not only spotless but organised in a way that actually makes life easier day to day. What really stood out was the pride taken in the work. Nothing was rushed, nothing was missed, and it genuinely felt like they cared about my home as much as I do. It’s more than just cleaning it’s a full transformation. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t be disappointed it’s worth every penny 💛
