Self Employes - Employed Positions
We are seeking enthusiastic cleaners to provide exceptional service to our clients across various locations.
Key Information:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with hours generally ranging from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Pay: £12.50 per hour. Payment is for time spent cleaning in clients’ homes; travel time between clients is not included.
- Work Arrangement: You will either work alone, claiming all hours for that house, or work in a pair/team, which allows you to complete more houses within your working hours.
Essential Requirements
- Driving is highly preferred as our clients are located in diverse areas. Please clearly state whether you drive when applying. Non-drivers may be considered depending on your residential area and proximity to clients.
- The ability to start immediately is a plus.
- A commitment to high standards of cleaning and excellent time management.
Benefits and Support
- All cleaning equipment and supplies are provided.
- Fuel Contribution: Drivers receive a contribution towards fuel costs, unless car-sharing.
- Uniform: A work uniform is supplied. Note: If employment ends before 3 months, the full cost of the uniform must be repaid.
- Childcare Flexibility: While some school holiday cover may be required, we are willing to negotiate time off to help work around essential childcare needs.
